Extended CLIPP Scenarios (eCLIPPs), an extension of the Computer-assisted Learning in Pediatrics Program (CLIPP), consists of seven cases designed to teach complex health issues in pediatrics:
- Culture in health care
- Interpersonal skills and communication
- Systems based practice
- Professionalism
- Chronic illness
eCLIPPs is structured around the concept of the Medical Home: (1) Foundation: Culture in Health Care, (2) Door: Family-Centered Partnership, (3) Building: Navigating the Health Care System.
The format of eCLIPPs offers an integrated triad of resource pages and toolbox pages as well as virtual patient cases enhancing students' educational experience.
