Reopening a Case

CLIPP, SIMPLE, and fmCASES

You can reopen cases at any time to review your completed cases or finish cases that you have not finished. When you log into the cases and bring up your case list, you can quickly identify whether or not you have completed a case as follows:

  • If a case has been used, the radio button at the left of the title will be filled in with yellow.
  • If a case has been completed, the radio button at the left of the title will be filled with a green checkmark.
  • If a case has not been opened, the radio button will appear as an empty circle.

NOTE: If you left a case without finishing it, when you open the case again, it will open at the last completed card.

WISE-MD

  • Tools - assessing the Tools menu located at the top-right of the screen will enable you to view a detailed outline of your module completion progress.
