Forgot your Password?

If you have forgotten your password, here's what to do:
- Click the Login to Cases link at the top right of any MedU page.
- At the Login page, click the Forgot Password? link under the space where you enter your password.
- The next page will prompt you to enter your login/email to receive a new password by email.
- The system will send you a new password.
Note: The password sending will function only if you have entered a valid e-mail address in the user data page. If you are having trouble, contact medusupport@i-intime.org
